Standard sample orders are usually processed within 3–7 business days after confirmation. Customized orders may require additional time depending on logo placement, packaging requirements, and product availability.

Sample & Production Lead Time

  • Sample Orders: Usually 7–15 business days after details are confirmed.
  • Small Batch Orders: Timeline depends on quantity and customization level.
  • Bulk Production: Production schedule will be confirmed before payment and order processing.

International Shipping

We ship to most international destinations through reliable logistics partners. Delivery time may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, local carrier handling, and seasonal shipping conditions.

Estimated international delivery time is usually 7–20 business days after dispatch.

Tracking Information

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the parcel is handed over to the logistics provider.

Shipping Cost
